Philips Building
Completed in 2000, Philips Building has had a solid presence in Carlton Gore Road ever since, with 3 levels of offices and a ground floor featuring a number of retail and food operators. Large floor plates with amenities around the central core, and on grade access to car parks ensures maximum use of each level. Designed by Jasmax Architects, the building has undergone a total refurbishment in 2014 in order to retain it's A grade status. Bathrooms and common areas feature Italian tiling and LED power saving lighting systems. The building provides 261 car parking bays for the use of tenants. A back-up generator is in place in order to protect data and security in the case of power outage. Core City retain ownership of 123 Carlton Gore Road, and their property management company manages the building.
